Enough is enough

This morning was the last straw, after receiving another nasty comment !!!!

I have been picked on and criticized ever since I put Mishka's video's on youtube since Jan 25, 2010 , stating that I "stole" the name from Mishka "Mishka the talking dog" and hoping that my bird will follow in Mishka the talking dogs footsteps.

We surfed the net, saw the name Mishka, it means a "Gift from God"
loved it and chose the name.

I looked into Mishka the talking dog's history this morning.

Mishka the talking dog was born sometime in November / 2010

Mishka my African Grey was born 27/11/2007

Are people honestly that demented and childish, having nothing better to do with their time.

Uh, don't worry about them Ant.. They are obviously jealous of Mishka's talent.. (Who wouldn't be) haha

It is just what people are like unfortunately

So many people act childish and have nothing better to do than annoy and abuse people online!

Funny how Mishka was born LONG BEFORE the dog was... Ridiculous!

Never heard of Mishka the talking dog. Dogs can't talk, anyway.

What utter crap! (Excuse the language) People can be so stupid and mean! Ignore those idiots, Ant. They are no doubt asocial internet trolls with nothing better to do than sit in their parents' basement, trolling the net for people to pick on in an attempt to feel superior. Ant, I wouldn't give it a second thought. No talking dog anywhere in the world could possibly have a running commentary about his brother Stevaliekie's bum and how sore it might be. I mean, really! Our Mishka is unique and it's a shame the poor dog got dragged in by someone with sour grapes to throw. I should think 'Don't be ridiculous!' is the only response (if any) you'd need to make.

They are not worthy of any response

Talking about Stevaliekie's bum, yesterday Mishka was saying "Oh mommy Stevaliekie bum is sore, he must wash his bum"

Unfortunately, when you decide to go public, you invite the good and also the bad or not so good comments. The bad comments are usually from trolls just looking to spoil something because they have nothing else going on in their lives.

It's not uncommon to have pets with the same name. These comments are just from ignorant people. I mean how many "Lassie" dogs are there for example?

I'm sorry this has happened to you. Sometimes people are so immature. You had posted something a little while back about something related to Mishka's name, and it was a mystery and whatever, and that was what caused me to google the name. Until then, I had never heard of Mishka the "talking" dog. But come on...I've had dogs that can say "no" and "mama" and "I want one", so why is this dog so special?
Hmmm...got sidetracked...you can disable comments if it gets too bad. But I'm sure you already knew that. Hello, I'm Captain Obvious.

haha!! mishka doggy is cute!! but hes nothing compared to birdie mishka! i dont find anything wrong with keeping the same name as someone else. your not stealing the dog or anything! so just stick out your tongue to people who cant mind their own business. its what i do, lol!! i might be getting a rabbit in Feb, and i know im gonna call her jule

its from my neighbours mouse. her mice is called joule, though. my neighbour dint mind when i told her im copying the name. i dont see why others feel so bad about it.
