Just need to blow off some steam...
Ever since seeing this adorable little red-bellied parrot at the local avian store, I have been trying to raise the money to purchase him by selling some stuff that I don't use anymore including my DSLR camera that is just collecting dust. So far, it has been one scam after another, and there are no real buyers that want to buy the camera!
It's just so frustrating because I can't seem to get out of the "scamhole" as my husband likes to call it. I got scammed with macaws and now I get scammed on my own sale! (Luckily I catch the scams early and give them some words of my own)
The parrot is $400, which isn't bad and he's so sweet. When I was browsing the store, he climbed on my head out of nowhere! My biggest fear right now is that he will be gone when I finally have the money.
I would normally say to myself "Just give it time" But it's been over 3 weeks, now and I'm starting to get really broken hearted about the whole thing. This little guy chose me and I don't want to let him down.
It's not like the camera is in bad condition. It's practically new!
UGH! I'm just gonna give up
