Yesterday we went to walmart to buy random things, and of course I HAD to check out their tiny craft section... I found oodles of para-cord and thought hmmm.... Then I saw a bucket with pink and grey cords (you probably see where this is going lol) and snatched it up, grabbed some buckles, and off to find more random crap... Haha

Anyways... Last night I figured out how to make a para-cord bracelet, so I made a galah inspired one for myself *squeal!*

(I know, I'm a serious bird nerd....past the point of return lol)

She obviously could care less....

There are tutorials all over the internet- I just googled "how to make a paracord bracelet"....it's basically just tying different knots. This one is the "cobra braid", and I'm making one for hubby that's a "viper braid".

Para-cord comes in allllllllllll sorts of colors, so it's really up to your imagination- there's designs were you can add "tracers" so the tracer cord lays underneath a main cord but you can slightly see it still.

You can also make key chains if you don't want a bracelet.
