Did you ever try to activate a bank card in the presence of your birds? LOL Pretty impossible! I once was connected to a agent, and told her the voice system wasn't working properly. She laughed and asked if there were my birds chirping on the background. She happened to have birds too, and we take about them for another 15 min!
