Yeah, I so totally agree! To show our appreciation, we all need to post the most outlandish, rule breaking post that we can think of!

$&@?., #%€£,#?¥%, and :$@;! Furthermore, /:$$!

Yes, thank you. I know it's a lot of work. This is a very family-friendly, enjoyable site that I enjoy visiting, talking about my birds and reading about others' birds. My sincere appreciation for those that keep it such a nice place to come.

Moderator Appreciation Day

A.K.A. MAD (for the MAD.)

As in you have to be at least a little bit MAD to be a moderator on one of these sites, so for one friggin' day at least, let's try not to make them any MADDER than they already are...

Tomorrow, you can resume pissing them off, as usual.

i.e. Making the MAD MAD again. :32:

I have to chime in here....the mods on this site are great. Not heavy handed and very fair. It makes this site irreplaceable for a place to ask questions without worrying about people jumping all over your stuff (see how I used a mod friendly word there) while at the same time keeping the "where can I find eggs" stuff to a minimum.

Hats off and cheers to MAD!

This place certainly is a wonderful forum. I've participated in numerous forums over the last 15 years, mostly orchid forums. Was even a mod on one of them. You'd be surprised how b****y and egotistical orchid growers are!

The people here are far and away so much more giving and empathetic. Due in large part to the efforts of the mods here.

Brava to our mods here and to Christine for this beautiful post!
