Here I sit in a data center, Jacksonville, FL, loading code(watching paint dry)! This is after 180 miles! Approximately 4 more hours to go, then drive back!

Do you sit in the data center with the lights off or dim? When I work in the data center my coworkers pick at me because I like the lights low. I've slept in the D.C. one time. A 36 hour shift, servers down, three of us worked that shift taking turns napping. Fun fun fun.

Every 15 minutes I have to respond to a prompt, so I am wanting the lights on the keep me awake! This is a high-profile account that had a problem, and I was brought in as a top gun troubleshooter, so I have to kind a look a bit sharp! I have been known to sleep under my desk.
