I don't mean the kind who come and sweep up dust if you leave them a saucer of milk. I mean the kinds who sneak in when you are laid up for a week and heap up piles of dust and scrud everywhere on the floors you just cleaned. Before the being laid up part, of course.
i'd like to charge them for all that unpayed rent
