Today has been.. mixed but yeah yknow.
Had to take my dog to the vet to get tested for atypical Addisons. We had to leave her there for a couple hours because the test required some waiting which is okay but stressful because she's also training to be my service dog and she's been almost constantly with me for a year now so not having her there is pretty eh. Note: I'm still learning about how Addisons affects dogs and if it's something that makes it not safe or too stressful for her to be a SD I will be just making her a stay at home pet. We won't have results until Wednesday which is ugh because waiting for results on something like this is just horrible.
On the brighter side of things, my dad has been working from home for the past few days because of medical reasons so I left Lincoln with him on his T stand while I went to the vet just so he can hang out. My dad said he did good and was mostly quiet but when I got him he was squawking up a storm and usually he quiets down when I pick him up but he kept squawking and doing this thing where he stretches out his neck and his eyes pin and he just keeps giving kisses. I love him so much and he makes me days so much better. I really think he's starting to come out of his shell and express his truly silly side.
