And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
Does anyone use one of these things? My sleeping habits suck lol my rest is non-existent just wondering what y'all think of these?

All are rescues- had to leave their previous homes for 'reasons', are still in contact with them :)

To make matters even worse, I sleep with my hands crossed on my chest! Really! My sister-in-law, not knowing I was home, cut through my room. Totally freaked out when she saw me!
