Hi guys....itā€™s been a while... like 3 years? I donā€™t currently have any fids, but hoping in the near future to have one in my life again. Anyways... just popped in to say hi, see whatā€™s happening.

Lol! The poster-profile has changed somewhat in the last few years but youā€™ll still see a bunch of familiar faces for sure :)

Hi there. Welcome back. Any thoughts of what fid you will be getting?

Not sure...my partner has asthma, so Iā€™ll probably avoid the more dusty species like toos, tiels, and greys

Well g'day Ms Getwozzy! I came back about six months ago and it's so nice to see you again. You must've had lots of changes - what happened to your galah? Our Dommie died just before Christmas and so now we've got a corella called Miss Rosetta Stone. She's mad, but in a good way. :) Send me a PM to catch me up???

Great to have you back! :)

Hey trish!

Sorry to hear about Dommie :/ Flower went back to her mom, and chili eventually was rehomed- she had some behavior issues that werenā€™t so great for my kid- she would dive bomb him and attack him....so sheā€™s with a couple who doesnā€™t have kids. The budgies and tiels went to a gal who has quite a number of birds and cares for them like royalty ā€” snow and lemon errrr lemonita had babies lol

How about a quiet, gentle, well-trained Patagonian Conure? I can send you one.

Kidding! About the quietgentlewelltrained part!

Welcome back!

Well, the universe decided what bird I should get on my behalf lol

Meet Ethel.... she was given to me by way of a friend who happened to be picking up another bird and cage and the guy let her take Ethel. He found her at a construction site and exhausted his efforts at finding her people with no luck.

Ohhhh, Ethel's a beauty! It never ceases to amaze me how budgies always look like little jewels. I've just shown her photo to my Matt (who has a special place in his heart for budgies) and he thinks she's gorgeous. I hope you'll be very happy together, Shirre. XX
