What an exciting discovery! A perfectly preserved 99 million year old dinosaur tail was discovered in a large chunk of amber. And you guessed it, it was indeed covered in feathers! They do not even look all that different to modern feathers under magnification. I will admit, I am slightly disappointed to see this tail was from a brown and white dinosaur instead of a more vibrantly colored one
