Wow...great stuff! A few of the recipes call for the Jiffy corn muffin mix...I know somewhere on the forums somebody said not to use it. How can you substitute for it? I'm not a baker so could I just use corn meal and some baking powder instead?

I use jiffy cornbread mix in my birdy bread but either look for recepie on line or follow the ones that are usually on the outside of the containers of cornmeal which you get at any grocery store near the flour Alison and sweetie pie and thank you for the link I copied it to my favorites.:D

Wow I did not realize how much you could feed/make for a bird! I am beginning to feel like I just had a baby!!!! I can't wait to try some of these things with Malcolm I am glad I found this site
