i mix cornmeal--flour--peanut butter--a dozen eggs--and milk ----mix and bake---cut in small squares and freeze them--microwave 2 or 3 squares and crumble in food dish --all my birds love it..with egg in it ,all waste should be removed daily.

You just throw it all in a bowl, no measuring? Sounds yummy and easy!

no pics but i can take some---very easy and you can add or take away weekly make it the way you want--come out like cornbread--cool and cut in squares---after birds try it they will go strait to it after that.i crumble to keep 1 bird from grabbing and waisiting it through the cage.

this is my cornbread---10 eggs--1/2 cup of peanut butter--2 cups flour--2 cups or so of cornmeal--self rising--- and milk --oil a pan--bake till done--cut in squares--can be frozen and microwaved when needed--can add nuts--seed ar however you want to make it--a very good food for fledglings!!!been working for me over 20 years
