Ok I was planning on listing all of the ingredients but I forgot them all so I'll just link the website haha

Parrotenrichment. Com once again my stupid phone won't let me put dot com after the site lol.

Anyways this made a huge amount there is two of these bowls in the picture.. I cut out some of the ingredients just due to the immense amount of food. I added pomegranate since there was some at my local grocery.. Anyways it has kale brocoli carrots red bell pepper two other I can't remember the name quinoa oats grains flax seed.. Blah blah.. Basically a lot of stuff lol tell me what you think :)

That looks great! How many peppers and carrots did you use? It doesn't really look like much. I think the added color really gets a birds attention. I also use red & yellow chard in mine for the same reason. I'll look for a photo of my chip mix to show the difference

Do you chop everything by hand? I am able to keep a lot of ingredients in mine by using a ninja blender. It turned 6 hours of chopping(yes, last time I made chop I spent 6 hours chopping LOL) into 1 hour of blending.

3 different peppers and 8 carrots. I used a chopper so I was able to utilize most of the ingredients. The kale brocoli and cilantro made up a last bulk of it.. As well as the quinoa
