i am the mom of three parrots:
Dorothy- African grey (cag)
Bowie- blue and gold macaw
Nellie- hyacinth macaw
Reggie- hyacinth macaw
Marnie- white bellied caique
I was wondering if someone could post an EASY way to sprout. I would like to do it with mason jars (have tons of them) if possible. I don't know where/what seeds to buy. I would rather not have to send away for seeds or sprouter. If anyone could help I would appreciate it! I am a bit daunted by the prospect!

A few easy sprouters are alfalfa, broccoli, red clover, radish. You can buy sprouting mixes or separate seeds from a health food store, or online. Health food store should also have citric acid as a mold inhibitor. The cleanest way is with mason jars. It's really easy, just look up sprouting on YouTube, so many videos to walk you thru it.
