Red face SLOP/CHOP Mix ala Wendy’s kitchen

Sponsored Links
So today I tried a chop mix, using fresh produce ONLY, using what I had on hand.

Here is what’s in it, chopped roughly since my “beaks” are on the larger side.

Choy, Sugar Snap Peas, Red Peppers, Jalapenos, Carrot, Zucchini, Broccoli, Celery, Plum & Peach.

Please don't ask me the nutritional values, as I have absolutely NO clue.

Ripley had a hard time just “watching”.

Very cute! I use fresh produce also and just do it daily. As far as the nutritional value, it's very, very good. . I know, it's almost impossible to prep it in front of them!

They are not getting a simple old chop. They are getting a gourmet salad!

Love the pictures of Ripleys anticipation! LOL!

Mmmmmm looks good.

Just found out Rio like cherries.... Hahaha then she pooped purple poop. Kinda alarming at first and of course it all went back to normal. But wow purple poop. Your salad looks amazing.

Re: SLOP/CHOP Mix ala Wendy’s kitchen

I made a batch of chop a while ago and I wanna say I made enough for like 2 months lol. Finally ran out today. It took Sydney a while but now the second I fill his bowl for breakfast he is all over it lol. So happy he is eating fresh produce now.

Thank you Wendy for the chop mix recipe. That salad looks very tasty. I am going to have to make it.

SoCalWendy: I make a mixture of brown and purple sticky rice for Screech and me. He loves the sticky rice and has a purple poop afterwards too.
