just keep in mind your parrots size, so you may want to crush up some of the larger nuts and things
Sunflower seeds are safe but imo not healthy
They are high in fat and some research says they cause disease, i stay away from sunflower seeds
Uncooked rice and beans can expand in your birdies tummy and cause him to explode (ಥ﹏ಥ)
