Anyone else? I'm still not sure if I should use it for the birds or not. Has anyone fed their birds baby sweet corn before?

I can't imagine it would be any worse than any other corn. IMO it's just candy for humans and birds anyways, so I add it as the "treat" veggie for my chops in small amounts.

I often offer my birds (especially during the summer, outside) a half an ear of corn. I usually dunk it in boiling water for a couple of minutes to braise/soften. Raw is good as well. Never had any problems, and have always had very healthy, long lived birds.

Corn, no matter how you slice it prepare it or what kind it is.....has absolutely no nutritional value at all. Just a filler. In many animals it causes
digestion problems. Such as dog food, I never by dog food that list corn as their number one ingredient.

However Once in a while my Fids get corn on the cob...as a treat. But only once in a while. A chicken bone has more nutrition than corn.
