Was wondering what fruit seeds are OK for parrots? I know apple, peach, plum pits/seeds are toxic. And banana seeds are so soft and are a part of the fruit. What about kiwi? I cut up some kiwi for Cosmo and he absolutely loved it. However I cut around the seeds and there is hardly anything left :/
