I can't be sure how nutritious there food is since I don't know how it's grown. I put vitamin drops in their water but would powdered vitamins in there food be overkill?

In my opinion and experience natural is better. There is very little research and almost no regulation into artificial vitamins for parrots. We do know however that overdosing on them in some species can actually be fatal in some cases. It's wiser to focus on a well rounded diet than pushing supplements, like with people. What kind of bird do you have, and what are you feeding?

I agree with silversage~ a well, rounded diet is best instead of having to supplement with vitamins, because you can overdo it [emoji51]

More information about what specie you have and his/her current diet would help us advise you further.
