I love this recipe, I make this one alot, and I realized our Peaches and Slugger could have it so I made it this time but didn't add in the salt or sugar. They love it. I mix it in with there chop, some homemade applesauce which I canned, no sugar, just apples. They love it.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Harvest Oatmeal Muffins
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/4 cup Essential Ground Flaxseed, Organic
2 tbs Almond flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 cup Organics Applesauce Unsweetened
1/4 cup brown sugar--Omit
1 large Egg, Whole
2 tbs Safflower Oil, Refined, Organic
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

heat oven to 350, line 12-well muffin pan with cupcake liners. In bowl, combine oats, flaxseed,flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Whisk together milk, applesauce, egg, oil, and vanilla. Add flour mixing just until combined. Divide evenly and bake for 20 mins

I also added chopped walnuts and fruit to the mix

And I used almond flour instead of white flour
