BFA diet--newbie questions

I'm bringing Gloria, my "new" 30 year old BFA home today. She's been well loved by an elderly lady who went to a nursing home. She apparently has been on a seed diet and the shop that's been caring for her the last month has been mixing pellets (zupreem) with her seed in an attempt to move her off the seed. I plan on continuing that effort but I want to give her fresh food everyday. I eat a mostly plant based diet myself so she'll probably be able to eat pretty much what we eat. I would like to prepare food for her for the week and put it in baggies. Should I steam her veggies or give them raw? If raw, I can just prepare them the evening before when I pack our lunches. Should I chop them finely, give them in chunks or mix that to see what she likes? Mostly veggies, less fruit? What about grain products? Should she get those everyday? I thought of boiling up a small quantity of whole wheat macaroni and putting some of that in. We have a jar of unsalted nuts that we snack on: dry roasted almonds, roasted cashews, dry roasted pistachios. Can we give her those or should I plan on getting raw nuts for her.

Sorry for all of the questions! I'm so excited about getting her, my head is spinning. She's my first parrot and only bird (with 3 cats and a turtle).

I'm so excited she is coming home today! I cook for the week too. I bake a sweet potato and mix in finely chopped carrots and greens till it makes like a spread. Spread it on organic no sugar toast in the morning! I also make a veggie packed birdie bread and cut it into cubes, little baggies in the freezer, quick and easy dinner along with fruit and some chopped veggies! I cook this way for my dog too so I basically cook for the animals all weekend and don't have to rush during the week. I also keep Harrisons pellets available at all times and two nutraberries per day. Paco loves pine nuts. He gets four for doing some tricks when I make my tea in the evening.
