We've picked up some unroasted/unsalted pistachios at the bird store and Bacca loves them. It also requires her to exert some effort to get the seed out of the shell but she's pretty good at it. If she gets one she can't open she carries it down off the perch and brings it over to us and drops it. She's figured out we'll open it for her if she gets stuck.
