Pancake recipe

Hi everyone!

I have a Green Cheeked Conure and am wondering if anyone thinks this recipe I would like to make, is safe for my little sweetheart. :rainbow1:

Multigrain Pancakes ingredients;
Whole Wheat flour
AP flour
Oatmeal
Baking Powder
Baking Soda
Salt
Flax Meal
Chia Seeds
Canola Oil
Eggs
Almond Milk
Honey
Ground Nuts
Honey

How much oil? I would probably steer clear of the oil and use a substitute. I'd probably leave out the honey as well. A lot of vegan bakers substitute really ripe banana for the sugar and some of the moisture in recipes. They will also use pumpkin or sweet potato puree in lieu of the eggs and oil. For a pancake, it's just a matter of making the batter thin enough to spread.
