Making birdie bread…need help.

Making birdie bread for Rosey the Galah, before she leaves tomorrow morning, she's going back to my parents house. So i wanted I bought the harrison's birdie bread, but on the back it says to use organic vegetable oil or this other oil. I don't have either! I have organic coconut oil and regular vegetable oil. I wanted to make it and bake it in cupcake liners so it would be easy for my parents to give it to her. Can I use the coconut oil or the regular oil?

You can use either....I just don't know if there's some sort of special conversion you have to do for the coconut oil if you use that- maybe melt it first before you measure it out so it's in a liquid form
