Roasted almonds and roasted sunflower kernels

Trying different things or Perjo (CAG), these sound good and IIRC birds enjoy them and they are safe. Roasted Natural Almonds and Roasted Sunflower Kernels.

Neither contain salt per the packaging.

These are safe correct?

I agree they should be fine. I Roast Pumpkin seeds for BB now and then. As long as no additives it should be ok .

I've fed them, and my guys love the roasted pine nuts, but, honestly, they love them plain and raw, too. I saw no more interest in them roasted over the regular. The only benefit is they taste better to ME roasted. ;-)
