Hi my name is Marco and I have a Congo African Grey his name is Armando.
He was recently weaned and coming out from a bad sinus infection which almost cost him his life (thankfully we are over that, but a bit under weight).
He is a sweet boy, currently under everyday pellets and fresh seasonal fruits plus some seeds as a compliment(shelled sunflower seeds or almonds) and carrots or beetroot once in a while.

Maybe something like
Day one 50 % pellets 25% mango and 25% carrots and maybe a few sunflower seeds.
Day two 50 % pellets 25% nance and 25% papers and maybe a few almonds.
Day three 50 % pellets 50% papaya and maybe a few sunflower seeds.

Usually in this season(in my back yard) mangos, star-fruit, nance (byrsonima crassifolia lots of it), dragon fruit (once in a blue moon and around august), dates, oranges, grapefruit, limes, huaya(Melicoccus bijugatus) tomato

Not in this season Passion fruit/maracuya, ciricote(cordia dodecandra), zapote(pouteria sapota),

All season
Papaya
Cocoyol (acrocomia acuelata)
Ramon (brosimum alicastrum)
bananas
Aloe Vera

I want some advice to make armando diet better and to offer good mixes you can recommend using whats available and some complements(eggs , beans, oats?) Also I want to know if it safe to give him sea-almonds (Terminalia catalpa)?
