Complete sprout noob here..
My seed mix contains shelled sunflower seeds, i'm assuming those can't sprout? also can I add quinoa? I don't have gse or apple cider, would normal vinegar do the job?

I went ahead today and bought a specific sprouting mix (only one they had) which also contains shelled sunflower, I'll see how it goes I guess.. and it doesn't really matter queen Bella will likely flick it all anyway lol

Yes, but sometimes taking the shells off can keep them from sprouting properly.

Is there such a thing as rinsing to much? like 5-6 times a day instead of 2 or 3 or do they need time to dry out

More is better than less. Bacteria is a threat.
