I'm so dumb I put way way too much coconut oil in Timnehs birdie bread. Harrisons pre-made mix. I thought it said 1 cup I'm so stupid. I was doing a bunch of things at once and added the coconut oil. Should I just throw this away or give a little piece once or twice a week or something? Probably about 1-2 a cup to 2/3 a cup coconut oil in there and the bread is quite greasy smells really good though. LOL What a waste of money I did give her a taste and she liked it so a I'll have to go buy another bag tomorrow and try again. :17:

I was planning on freezing it into smaller portions but I was worried that the bread would be just too fatty and un-healthy for Timneh to eat. Because I put in so much extra coconut oil.

Clearly, you will want to freeze it and fast. That much oil will breakdown (go bad) fast as it overwhelms the other ingredients. Small piece will be better, you can at least control the intake.

As you know, Kitchens are dangerous places to multitask. At the end of the day, you got lucky it was just a heavy pour!

I've done considerably less cooking since I've gotten Timneh, I'd rather hang out with my little baby. And just make a sandwich or something easy like that.

timneh eats better than I do that's for sure. All organic veggies and fruits my friends bring over organic fruits and veggies to load on her parrot kabob. Spoiled to the max, its the pirrot life for me.
