I was food shopping on the net today and Goldenfeast does have some great foods. The Golden-Obles' 111 is now available for small birds. I read the ingredient list and was quite impressed. The food even contains apple cider vinegar and pro biotic. take a look see and please let me know what you think:

Goldenfeast is my all time favorite dry foods source based on the Region /Parrot specific blends that they put together. They clearly have researched the available dry foods and (freeze dried) veggies and fruits common in each region. Shopping their products in like being in your Parrot's region and gathering the items for them!

IMHO, their offerings are so inclusive that we add Pellets to the Goldenfeast dry food offering as a hedge to assure a well balanced dry food offering.

As with all dry food offerings, freeze until ready to provide.

I think you will be very pleased!

Thanks for your review. I have been getting a knock off of Goldenfeast from Mysafebirdstore. Also Roudybush nibbles. Once my boys are eating the new food I will not be feeding those two any more. They love broccoli, corn, carrots and most any leafy green. I am finding I must alternate the fresh foods.

All my kids enjoy Golden'obles III. Noah gets so excited when I pour new stuff in their dishes. He loves those pellets.

As for fresh foods, budgies are a pain in the butt. The amount of variety they demand...it's unreasonable. I'd recommend growing a garden to help keep them happy. Also get a herb garden. Don't forget to give them dandelion leaves, clover, chickweed, purslane, Shepherd's purse, plantain seed (look up greater plantain), and freshly picked grass with seeds on it. Also, make them birdie bread and different mashes. That's the only way to keep them from fussing.
