Perjo - Female CAG hatch Nov 2015
Whole wheat rice (2 cups)
Cauliflower (boiled) 5/6 large florettes
Bok Choy, 2 small stalks with leaves
Spaghetti squash, handful (uncooked)
Spaghetti carrots "
Spaghetti zucchini "

I run everything through a food processor except the rice of course.

Perjo didn't dive in the first serving, but she tends to take a day or two to get the courage to try a new food.

RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
Sounds good to me! Chop recipes ought be varied to prevent boredom. Endless combinations are possible.

DRB, I make enough chop for 2 1/2 months or so. I change it up with squash, one night, yams another, and mix the chop with different baby foods, spinach one night, maybe carrots on another nite. So Salty is not bored.
