I'm trying to find large, beefy, healthy raisins for my bird. She really likes the ones in Higgins' Safflower Gold. I know that it is recommended the raisins not to be covered in oil and to not include sulfur dioxide. And be organic. I can't seem to find anything satisfactory. I bought a container in CVS, I think, but they were small and twice as sweet as the Higgins ones and she wouldn't eat them. Frankly, they weren't good enough even to me so I threw them out.
