I have this book and I must share what an awesome book it is! It has a ton of nutrition info and so many recipes designed for our FIDS!!

Thanks for posting this! My husband and I had looked at this book on Amazon wondering if it would help us make sure Wally was getting a balanced and interesting diet. How do your fids like the meals you have tried so far?

Very much so! There is a ton of nutrition info along with several recipes to make.

Echo is a picky eater so I really only get him to eat the birdie bread but the book has given me so many ideas of what to add to sneak in the good stuff.

Tobi will eat anything I give him. So I can make just about anything from the book and he will chow down.. An added plus since his nutriotin requirements are so high. I can rest easily knowing he is getting everything he needs without a doubt
