Is this a healthy seed mix?

So i've decided to make my own seed mix and I've collected quite a few different types of seeds so far, the main seeds in it are millet, canary grass seed, buckwheat and quinoa. the other seeds are chia, sesame, hemp, pumpkin, oats, a tiny bit of nyjer seed and probably something else I can't remember. Is this a good mix? Its for 2 budgies and their main diet will be pellets but I still want a diverse seed mix for them. Is there any other seeds you think I should add? or get rid of?

I add flax seed to Levi food as well. Most of the time I grind it. Excellent source of Omega 3s.

I have read that dried oats can cause issues with impaction/blockages if a bird eats them often. I know that lots of people feed them, but there are those who have had issues as a result of doing so.

This may also be a non-issue, but chia seeds absorb a lot of liquid and expand, so I wonder if (in excess) dried chia seeds could cause issues in their crops etc..Eating them dry (as a human) can be tricky, unless sprinkled onto a moisture-containing food. This isn't based on anything I have read, but it just seems to make sense (based on personal experience, and how they clump together when moisture is added). You might want to verify that others have given them dry and find out how much---I'm sure in moderation it wouldn't be a big deal....

Oh thanks for the advice I hadn't heard that about oats, I won't use them then. Also I had the same worry about the chia seeds expanding in their crop but lots of people say its just fine as long as you don't feed them huge amounts of chia at a time and I'll just be putting a tiny amount in the mix so that won't be a problem.

ah yes I will also be adding flax seed, I knew I was forgetting something!
