I keep ordering supplies for bird toys even though I still have a lot I can use. I have a big box full of supplies and I just ordered a bunch more xD I'm really excited honestlyhonedtlyx I'm hoping I'll get Lincoln's cage on Monday but at the same time I hope not so I have extra time to make lots of toys to fill it with. I've been super busy so I never had the time in the past couple weeks to make more toys x.x

Lincoln goes through his toys relatively slow. Before I got him I think he had the same toys for a very long time as the toys that came with him looked very worn and old. Took awhile to get him to play with anything but it's gotten better.

got in my order of supplies and I'm super pleased. Maybe I'll set out all my current supplies to show you guys what I've stock piled so far. I want to make more toys right now but super tired and it's nap time. Maybe after or tomorrow. Hoping to get his cage on Friday so I want to be ready

Senegal Parrot named "Kane"; Yellow-Sided Green Cheek Conure named "Bowie"; Blue Quaker Parrot named "Lita Ford"; Cockatiel named "Duff"; 8 American/English Budgie Hybrids; Ringneck Dove named "Dylan"
Ha Ha, when I get home I'll take a photo of the huge laundry basket I keep all of my bird toy parts/supplies. It definitely is addicting! Not only is it fun to make them, but you're saving a small fortune by doing it. My Senegal goes through wood toys like a woodchipper, they're reduced to splinters within 24 hours. I'd be bankrupt if I didn't make them myself.

I'm hoping to get one of those drawer systems soon so I can keep things a tad more organized since most things are scattered around the house right now but yknow xD

Buddy - Red Crowned Amazon (27 yo)
Venus - Solomon Island Eclectus (4 yo)
Buzz CAG (2 yo)
Sam - Cockatiel 1997 - 2004
Tweety - Budgie 1984 - 1987
Sweety - Budgie 1985 - 1986
Last year I introduced Buzz (CAG) to alphabet blocks, I could get them from the dollar store cheap. Well the last time I went to get some more, they had none, so I bought a wooden model car kit. I gave Buzz a wheel and he rejected it. I gave him other parts, all rejected. I got him Chinese handcuffs, meh.... A little chewing but rejected. He's being stubborn about trying new and different toys, but he loves shredding his alphabet blocks.

So on this topic.. Can I see pics of the toys you guys have made? I just decided to start making them. I actually just finished one and it's nothing fantastic, but Gamora seems to like it.

Does this look ok? Its construction paper, wrapping paper, and beads.

Those looks like really great shredding toys! Which is very good and also can help prevent feather mutilation.

This thread has a few toys i've made, I swear I had another thread that has some but I cannot find it right now.
