Hi, that toy is for a larger bird.

try for something smaller and skinny wood pieces.

also you might want to check out for balsa wood, cardboard toys and or vine shapes

That toy is definitely not meant for small birds, but most importantly. That toy has pieces of rope hanging around for no reason. THAT IS REALLY DANGEROUS. Some birds tend to chew on those and ingest small pieces of fibers. Which can lead to blockage, so I would definitely not recommend that. That being said, some birds don't chew on the rope, but it's not worth the risk. So I don't recommend that toy, besides it also has hard wood pieces which most small birds don't enjoy. Look for other options :)

Like from planet pleasures or bird kabob (if you have those available)
If you don't then you can DIY yourself!. All you need is some pieces of soft wood like balsa, finger tarps, cardboard, corn husk, paper, popsicle sticks etc.
Thanks

The most common source of such toys is often over-looked! Check-out the Baby section of your big box food and everything else stores, Baby's Are Us!, etc...

Enjoy the Search!

Remember, as stated so well above, think small, thin and fun!
