Hello!

I am biased in this department :) because I have one, They are "REAL" parrots
(don't try and tell one it is small, it will try and let you know you are WRONG LOL)

They can be VERY sweet calm parrots (mine is) They also don't "SCREAM" like some parrots do

They are the smallest parrot in the world
Parrotlet - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Here are two videos of mine:

This video is the day we brought her home as a baby

This video is when I was teaching her to roll over

Let me know if you have any questions!!

Umm, just looked closely at your pics (my eyes are not so good anymore)

I think that may be a "Lovebird" not a Parrotlet ?

Parrotlets are BETTER :)

(standing by for all the Lovebird "flaming" coming my way LOL)

The first one looks like a peach face lovebird IMO, but they're both super cute!! Are these two ones that you're bringing home?

gcc Parry; lovebird Coco; 3 budgies (Tesla, Franky and Cesar); cockatiel Murzik, red rump parakeet girl Onyx
LOL - those both pics are actually typical lovebirds! :D The first one is peach-faced and second one is American Cinnamon - I just got one of those. :) I haven't had any parrotlets (was considering them), but the these colors and shapes belong to lovebirds - I've never seen anything like that on parrotlets. :)

Sure, no problem!

Keep in mind to succeed with ANY bird you must work with him/her everyday socializing with both male and female humans

All these Parrots are VERY smart (very much like 5 year old children)
They are about 4th in intelligence right with Dolphins, Chimps, & Elephants

That means they can not be left in the cage all day and should have hours out playing with you

Mine sits on my shoulder and then after about 10 mins I sit her on a "T" stand and she poos immediately, then I pick her back up :)

It took less than a week to teach this baby not to poo on me

Here is a video of her cage:

GOOD LUCK

Yeah he already step up on a branch every time I offer him and I reward him with some spray millets also he is going for my hand and stay there for some moments and let me talk to him very close and even kiss him in the back still a lot of work to do but it's been a great progress not mentioning that I have him not even for a week he likes to fly and gets really excited when hi is out he's so smart
