Understood. Often this issue can be whittled down to 2 things.

1. Your bird gets food that should be "treats" in it's daily diet, or you're training with the food that they get daily.
2. Your bird has food in it's cage all day and therefore isn't hungry when you try to train.

If one of these sounds like you, then you've found your problem! If not, it could simply be that you haven't found something your bird likes yet. What have you tried?
Uhh usually millet sprays and fruit. He will eat the millet though only if my hand is at the very very edge of it.

I have some equipment to order. Not much but I'll be picking his training up on Friday (It's Thursday now).

Keep trying different rewards. Me, I like pine nuts cut up into small pieces. You have to find a treat that has value to your parrotlet.

Also keep in mind , parrotlets are incredibly stubborn , winning him over may take months, as you say.

Re: Help with an "aggressive" bird please?

My little brat was a menace for a few months before he suddenly quit attacking everyone. I recommend using sunflower seeds (without shells) and a crinkly plastic bag when working with parrotlets. Sunflower seeds are my boy's absolute favourite, and he, like all parrotlets, loves the sound of crinkling plastic. The sound of crinkling plastic is one of the few things that can stop a parrotlet mid-rampage. It immediately changes their mood and makes them extremely happy and excited, even when they were just on the warpath.
