The theme for this month is a simple one...

KINDNESS!!!

Let's face it. 2020 hasn't been kind to any of us. Covid-19 has affected almost everyone in some way, and many of us have gotten grumpy from all the restrictions, cancellations and quarantines.
November 13th brings us WORLD KINDNESS DAY, which marks the beginning of World Kindness Week!

Here's our chance to spread a little feathery kindness across the globe, Parrot Forums Style!

Do your fids do something sweet or kind that makes you feel special? Maybe you have a favorite food, treat, or toy that you give them, so they know how much they're loved. Perhaps it's just that special look they give you that melts your heart and says "everything is okay"...

Pictures only this time, and photoshop is allowed, but not required.

The winner will receive a free, one year Premium membership to Parrot Forums, and the winning photo will be displayed on the forum Home Page for the following month.

Entries are accepted from today, November 1 through November 28. When the submission period is closed, a poll will be open the following 3 days to determine the winner.
Winner will be announced on Tuesday, December 1.

I don’t have anything bird related appropriate for this theme, so a just for fun DOG post.

When it comes to kindness, the very first dog that comes to mind is dear, sweet Maddie whom we watch a couple times a year on average. She has the biggest heart. And when she smiles, like this, you feel so special.

Aww, what a cutie! Thanks for sharing that Chris. I've had 6 dalmatians over the years, and 3 of them were smilers. My biggest male, Jayson, looked so ferocious when he smiled if you didn't pay attention to the happy, full body wag!

Wait...does this dog smile like this when really happy too?!?!? I thought my parents' dog was a weirdo (she is...) BUT she does this weird "smile" when happy (and it's 500% not aggressive lol!)

Jon, what a fantastic theme, and just what we all need! Seeing Sweet Patches made my day:) You are off to a fantastic start with the wonderful JFF pics posted by Chris and HEEDLESS! This is going to be a wonderful month.
