well you know when you think everything is just goin spiffingly along???;)

well i thought that was the case with nut, no more attacks just the random subborn nip:11:

well this mornin she is for lack of a better words, very angry! she'd attacked me every chance she got, it ended with her flyin on me a biting my ear, breakin skin! oww an without meanin to i knocked her off me, rather firmly!

well lets just say, she has been posturing, fluffing all the bad I AM WELL ANNOYED/upet WITH YOU! body language:mad::(, beak chattering, fluffing, and the lowering an raising her head, angry preening and the i'm gonna charge fluffed up look!!!

well thanks to some challenging behavior course i did at work, i thought i might as well, do some of the principles,
being when some1 is rasied from base line behaviour, even after the event, it takes time for the hormones, such as adrenaline to leave the body, so backing down and seein sense is not really an option, for them.

so while nut postured, all her angry moves! i just bowed my head an looked at her side ways, long blinking, i did what i thought to be friendly submisive moves, this went on for near an hour! she would fly to me in this time, but touching was a no-no an treats taken to be polite, she made all the moves of wanting to be on me, but at the same time i could see, she still had the thoughts of removing one of my body parts! but she did not want me to leave her or be away from me!

well who'd have thought workin with the elderly could prove so usefull with having a parrot!!!:p
nut is currently sat by my lap, all relaxed an makin the little content chirps and in play mode!:D

(please note i posture differently with the residents! bowing my head could result in its removal!)

Well, I do the same thing to the people in my household on occasion. I guess it's only fair. Look out on my ugly days!
