Senegal on its way, getting a confirmation from the breeder in Holland tomorrow.
Then its here Wednesday or next. What is the minimum age I should get it at? And the maximum? He is telling me the age tomorrow to and possible the sex. He told me its "Jovencito" which means very young. Should it be weaned? And is there a preferred sex?
And how do you think it would be with my lovebird and cockatiel?

Thanks to everyone.

keep it separate from your birds for now, till you know its not carrying any illness, not sure how long possibly a month?? at the least

i personally won't let them share a cage, simply as i know how aggressive my nut gets, when she is in season, so attacks on your other birds can come out of the blue, but i would imagine it would enjoy there company

and congrats :) pics an up dates please

Lovebirds are very much into only lovebirds. I have read several articles on them killing other species that were not too big for them. Be careful.
