Hey guys,

Does anyone know if there is much difference between male and female Senegals? I understand that all have their own individual personalities etc, but as a general is one typically more aggressive/loud/quiet/nippy etc than the other?

Thanks! :)

Budgerigar: Arrow, Esther, Kratos, Cora, Ducky.

Lovebird: Izzy, Gizmo.
I've read that male Sennies are more aggressive than their female counterparts but socialization is the key to prevent any excessive aggressiveness and one-person bonding!
But then again, I don't have any Pois RN, so I'm not that much help in the "personal experience" part

I have both, from month to month it changes which one is more pinchy. Overall I'd say my female is more laid back. However, my male is the talker and more playful one.

I don't think I could pick one over the other. My suggestion would be to visit them and pick the one you most connect with regardless of the sex.

That's good to know they are both pretty similar with no major differences :) I'm 90% sure I will be able to get one this end of year, so excited already LOL. Thanks for your input :)
