No, I don't think you can spoil them at this age. Make sure and socialize her - a LOT.

She is very cute! Spoil her with many different loving people all giving her attention so she becomes sociable Thats how you can spoil her. That and lots of toys and foraging activities.

Aww what a cutie! Yes, you can spoil her, but just make sure you get her used to a lot of people/environments. Let everyone play with her, especially family members and friends. Poi's tend to prefer one person, and can get very nasty to EVERYONE else. But if you socialize her with everyone you both will be better off for it, especially between now and puberty.
For a bath, you can either spritz her or give her a shallow dish of cool water. She should know what to do. Enjoy her!
