Food Question!!!

ANYONE KNOW WHAT FOODS CAN BE FED RAW AS OPPOSED TO COOKED...?
i.e. rice cooked/ oatmeal... cook or can be raw? zucchini... raw or cooked or can be both...? broccoli... both...

anyone know what vegetables and healthy foods are safe uncooked

i dont really know what ones are safe. i boil his food to clean it since i havent found a fresh food soap to wash his food with- so i make a lot of fresh foods - and i have a list just not sure what he can eat uncooked- i.e. oatmeal... just trying to be safe

Here is a list of unsafe food for parrots.

Grains can be fed both raw or cooked. I'm not too sure about zucchini though, sorry. And broccoli can be fed both as well.

Just about any veg you would eat raw they can too. I would cook, whole grains, potato, sweet potato, squash either way, Dried beans need to be cooked first. No avacado, Rubarb leaves, Chocolate ,alcohol, Fruits raw or cooked, Bits of whole grain cereal such as cherrios, fiber one, ect. No garlic or onions. cooked pastas or raw
