New quaker

Soon we will be welcoming the newest addition in our family, a cinnamon blue quaker. Currently s/he is still in twice daily handfeeding and I have asked the breeder to wean the bird into pellets. We are very excited, tomorrow we will be driving to visit the bird for the frst time. We can't wait till the 18th to bring our baby bird home.

Oh congrats on your new baby. Quakers are really fun birds. Smart as a whip and usually one step ahead of their people. I love the blue colors. post pics when you can please.

Yay!! Congrats! My first bird was a Quaker and there will always be a special place in my heart for them. We'd love to see pics when you can!
