Hello everyone!I have a one year old quaker, :green2:Kiwi.
I went on a two weeks vacation and she stayed with my brother wish spoiled her a little. Ever since i came back three weeks ago she has been very moody, she won't stay away from me a single second following me everywhere i go. She just wants to be kissed and petted ( now don't take me wrong, i love her to pieces and i pet her all the time) but i can not spend every second of my day doing it. I close her cage so she gets to understand she has to spend time there too and that's when she gets naughty. She starts yelling and throwing her toys around giving me this very nasty yells and going crazy. She seems to be understanding her time outs, but the attitude change was recent and i want to make sure it's a normal thing. She has always been attached to me but lately she has become very obsessed and grumpy in case she doesn't get her way. She used to enjoy her cage and petting time both in a balanced order.
I would really appreciate some feed back!could it be her terrible twos? thank you!!

I suspect that it's not the Terrible Twos, but that Kiwi is afraid you're going to go away and leave her again. Reassure her by telling her that she'll stay with you forever, and if you do leave for a while, you'll always come back. Getting spoiled by your brother may have contributed to the problem too-- though most parrots are typically spoiled at home too. :) Running to her when she throws a tantrum is likely to encourage her to keep doing it; try ignoring her unwanted behavior (not easy, I know) and she may give up on it.
