Mowing my lawn and then this lands on my head. Tried to find owner no luck and thankful for it. I love Dorian!

Congratulations on becoming a Quaker parront. That is a rather unusual way to acquire a parrot-- or for the parrot to acquire a human. :D

Amy a Blue Front 'Zon
Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
Yes indeed! Welcome to the forum! What an unusual way of meeting up lol. I would assume he is/was someone's companion that either escaped or was told to "take a hike" Either way..he seems friendly enough. I hope he has a new home with you:p There are plenty of Quacker parront's here with ton's of experience who can guide you with diet and socializing him/her.
Such a beautiful little birdie!

Welcome! She’s darling. How did you try to find her family? Just letting her out to see if she flew home might not be quite enough. Did you post on local lost pet Facebook groups? Contact local vets? Post on Craigslist? Look in those same places for “lost” notices? Someone may be desperately looking for, worrying about, and missing their baby.

Yes for about 2 week. Few forums and a few found parrot signs and Facebook and finally ring doorbell community . Just a bunch of people looking for a free Parrot. If I lost my pet I would go insane,so I had this in mind. But she's a keeper so now we have a parrot to go along with 5 dogs.
