Hi!
I know its normal for parrots to sneeze 1-2 a day but papaya sneezes a little bit more than that and I'm wondering what could be the cause of it?
I do keep my house a little bit chilly and I am wondering if that would be the cause of it? I ready that if you shower with your bird it could help clear their sinuses and I have been trying to do that and I have seen him sneeze less. I have been trying to keep him out of the vents and trying to keep my air at 74 but sometimes it can drop to 68. When it does I put a blanket over him a really thick one. Please let me know what other things can I do? Would buying him shirts help?

He shouldn't be sneezing that much. Mine will, sneeze, after a bath.
I let my bird free choice to take a bath in a large casserole dish, or i mist water and let them walk into it. Im not a fan of taking them into the shower, tho many people do, but do many accidents can happen. Getting wet uses a lot of energy, and nit recommended if you think your might be unwell.

Diet plays a huge toll in health.
Oops I've gotta go

Fully agree, that your Parrot is sneezing a bit more than normal. Florida has widely varying climate /weather with some areas that get fairly dry and others that are moist year around. Our homes tend to be a bit drier and many diets tend to be heavier on the dry food side. This can result in particles building up in the sinuses that may need to be flushed professionally, if their normal bathing does not get the job done.

So what? During the Winter months, further North from your location, we commonly see our Parrots sneezing more often in the Winter. All Avian Vets in the Great White North will flush the sinuses of their customers.

Vitamin drops in water no way
They rot in the water make birds sick...
Red chili peppers are well liked abd have Vitamin A, Spinach is fine, but mine like romaine ( actually has lots of vitamins even viramin A) Swiss chard, dandelion greens, watercress, bell pepper, cauliflower, zucchini, cucumber, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, pumpkin, cooked sweet potatoes.
Yiu csn make bird bread or muffins, snd dbesk in veggies abd pellets.
Oven baked bites sold at pet smart wre eaten by my quaker first time I offered, nutriberrues hsve added nutrition abd seed eaters lije them .Quakers really like veggies. Usually take to them fast. A little boiled egg here and there.
O feed seeds, pellets, fresh veggies, every day, fruits once in awhile, egg and yogurt with no artificial sweetners once a week or so..

Do you have a way to read humidity? Maybe getting to much or not enough ? Our grey itches way more in lower humidity.
