what could this type of bird be?

well my aunt saw this pair of birds up for sale she didnt see them very well all she could tell me is one was green the other was a bueish color an they were about the size of my cockaties they may have been a bit bigger or a bit smaller
what type of bird do u think she is refferring to? could it be a green cheek and a turqoise or a green ringneck and a blue one??

There are many birds they could be, without further detail it's pretty impossible to give a proper identification. I would guess that they were IRN's though. They are for adoption pretty often, here anyways, and they can be blue or green. Was it on a website? If you post a link I can help you look through some ads and see if I see the ad she was talking about.

couldnt find any more info and i found out quakers are illegal here in california so its either green ckeeks and turquoise or an irn
