Sully-2 year old cinnamon and Bella-3 year old normal

I just got my new marvelous veranda bird cage for Sully and Bella today and when I put it together I noticed a chip in the powder coating about 2mm wide. It is on the outside of the cage and they aren't bar chewers so do you think it will be ok or should I return it and get a replacement? I was thinking since it isn't easily accessible and they don't chew on the bars I would just wait and see if it starts to rusts and then return it, does that sound like a good idea or is it just better to replace it now?

If the rust is on a bar they would usually grab onto to get to food, water, door, etc., I would watch it very closely and if it starts to spread, you may need to exchange it.
